What about Golden? That seemed to fit all the criteria. Nice enough lake too with halfway decent fishing. The park people were SUPER friendly.

Norway Bay. All the way up to the dam is pretty amazing fishing. Just be careful if you have an outboard engine!! Ducker2 can attest to that!!

Nice report! Some great walleye fishing up there, I hope to get up there sometime around Thanksgiving. What were you catching the eyes on? Jigging or trolling?
