Re: Up to them remote lake take 2 report

Geeze pike taste so damned GOOD!!

Love a good meat run!

Catching Largies on top water is awesome, but that feeling when your spinner bait goes into neutral like a Dodge transmission slipping going up hill get the adrenalin coursing through your veins like a mofo!

Nice greens though!

Re: Cheaters

Lance Armstrong was not an anomaly. There was systemic cheating that was institutionalized and a part of the cycling culture. Sammy Sosa and Mark McGwire were also part of a culture of cheating that existed in baseball. Some numb nuts Easter-egging lunkers around a lake to be picked up during a tour...

Video Report - Quebec Smallies - Updated

I made this with all the footage from my weekend fishing a very remote part of North-Western Quebec. Please excuse the teenybopper music, but the noise Paul makes and him shaking off a couple of smallies (One was a cinder block!) seemed to fit perfectly. F-aIfkyERyk Paul and I wanted to try a new la...

Re: luskville area

Shore fishing at Norway Bay got me my heaviest Ottawa River pike and countless bass and a smattering of Walleye from the end of the peer. cprince, is this the location you fished from? https://www.google.ca/maps/place/45%C2%B031'01.2%22N+76%C2%B025'46.0%22W/@45.517005,-76.429456,730m/data=!3m2!1e3!...

Re: Trailer site suggestions

What about Golden? That seemed to fit all the criteria. Nice enough lake too with halfway decent fishing. The park people were SUPER friendly.

I think Almont knows all about that place!!

Norway Bay. All the way up to the dam is pretty amazing fishing. Just be careful if you have an outboard engine!! Ducker2 can attest to that!!

Re: after the burn (fishing report)

Nice report! Some great walleye fishing up there, I hope to get up there sometime around Thanksgiving. What were you catching the eyes on? Jigging or trolling?
