End result was $800 to replace the waterpump because the bearing and housing had been damaged when the pump was flopping around on the end of the crankshaft. $450 for the part + labor and the taxman. I'll vouch for Mike....he definately knows his stuff. He fixed me up last summer and the fee was very reasonable. He takes pride in his work and it shows. You won't have to worry about him rushing you out the door when you settle the bill.....he will talk your ear off until your wife honks the horn ...
