Re: Jock River Landing (Ottawa)

I have gone to the usual places (Kars, Blacks Rapids and Jock Landing) but found that Long Island Locks was the best place to bring my son. Grab yourself a box of worms and you will be catching small sunfish/blue gill all day. You might even be lucky enough to catch other species since I have caught...

Re: Minnows on the way to White Lake

I would normally call Morris and have him set out some minnows for me but he isn't doing that anymore :(

thank you guys for all the options. I'll see if I can get some on Friday and hope that they make it for the next morning.

Minnows on the way to White Lake

Hey guys, I need your help with getting some minnows. I'm going to be taking my father fishing at White Lake (our first time fishing in his 70 years!?!?) and I want to make sure that he has a great time. I am bringing lures, worms and would like to have minnows so that we get into a few fish and my ...

Seriously people? theres onl 5,000+ members on here and barely 10% active. Not all of us need to fish your lake. I have honestly had better fishing at petrie than on some lakes this year. Better fishing as I have never not caught a fish there any day I have gone. Grow up. Its not your lake. I hardl...

I've been looking myself and can't seem to find any place. I have an older gas tank that's probably from 1975 lol. I think it's time to upgrade.

I went out to the Rideau also this weekend and I did catch a few Crappies. I have a sure spot for Crappies but when I got there, the water levels were so low that my spot was just a puddle. What is going on with the Rideau (near Kemptville)???

I am hoping to get out today for some Crappie on the Rideau. Hope that the crazy winds last night didn't chase them all back out to deeper waters.
