I went out to the Rideau also this weekend and I did catch a few Crappies. I have a sure spot for Crappies but when I got there, the water levels were so low that my spot was just a puddle. What is going on with the Rideau (near Kemptville)???

we cought quite a few perches and sunfishes on week-end. a few nice but smaller basses and 3 stinky pikes whish we let go too. :evil: Catched mainly on worms...and friends son was lucky enoughh to catch with net a few along side of lock. I tried the Manotick area on the weekend and not one bite yet. Maybe I'll try this coming weekend.
