the locals really appreciated it....after all...we are all playing in their neighbourhood.... Off my soapbox.... RJ I understand what you're saying RJ, but I've seen a lot of locals keep 10 - 12lbers on a regular basis. I'm sure there are more than 200 locals that fish Quinte at least twice a month...

It was a great weekend outing!!!! I couldn't ask for better people in my boat. landshark and Martycoo and myself seemed to work well together as a team. It does not matter what size the fish are...the flag will drop no matter what so why not use it...I know someone who uses them a lot in BOQ...works great for any hit light or hard...Again with the flag kit you are looking for the flag to drop and you would see it drop pretty good with a big girl on...

Sad to hear they are closed for good. My cottage is south of Arden and I try to hit all the streams going up 509 and always stop in for some tackle. She is a great lady in deed and very sorry to see them close up.
