The heater's manual should tell you how big of an opening you need for ventilation. I know my little catalytic heater did. A tent should be pretty well ventilated on it's own though.

How about the Eagle Fishmark 320 Portable? It's more expensive than the Cuda but it seems to offer quite a bit more. Cabela has a portable kit which includes a rechargeable battery pack and a zippered carying case.

I don't know fishing around Ottawa very well and all I can find are Bass lakes.
