There were 2 tournaments there saturday and the rest of the boats were most likely duck hunters. The lake is still in full algae bloom there were still some big bass brought in including a 6.82 and 5.77 largie

All of the reels mentioned are great reels. If you are not fishing tournaments and are just learning you don't need to go that expensive. The quantum code is a great reel.
