Well headed out around 9:00. On the ice at 9:30. Started off great, lost a huge pike. Five minutes later caught another one.(6 to 7 pounds). Then we tried for some crappies and iced a couple. We are just using minnows.

Well the second time out this year and still not much luck. Today we caught to small pickerel. Also had the pleasure of meeting simcoekid and WIG. Heading back out there in a couple days and hopefully will have some better luck

I am thinking of heading out in a couple of days... i will put a post when i get back.

Got out today around 3:30. Had no luck all day but it was good to be out there for the first time this year. It was also a good time watching one of the guys pull a nice pickerel out to.
