Mississippi Lake bucketmouths

Was out last night with my daughter on the lake and i guess the water temperature has finally dropped to the point the bass are hungry again and have returned to the shallows. only fished it a couple of times and caught diddly (skunked once), lots and lots of cottages,
lots of fishing pressure.. lots of other bodies of water around there to try..

my 2 cents..

Anyhow brought my girls up the outlet river, ( we were in the park and launched from there) and caught a couple of Largemouths in there. Saw a couple of big Smallies too but there is...

fishmaster make sure you bring extra shear pins for your motor, Clayton Lake is veryyy shallow, I broke a shear pin there 2 weeks ago, and I was in my canoe with a 2 horse motor so with your larger motor your asking fer trouble. (but great bass fishing that day!) Also best to use topwater lures to a...

Crosby Lake

Thinking of heading to Crosby Lake in .... Crosby! Looks inviting, never been. Anyone know of a boat launch there, I'm launching a canoe so it doesn't have to be a pretty launch. It looks like it joins up with Pike Lake but without the boat traffice that Pike Lake has. Anyone had any experience on t...
