Re: White lake and Calabogie Lake

Thanks all! You were right as the bugs weren't really bad. Phew!

Thanks for the inflatable life jacket warning!

White lake and Calabogie Lake

Heading up to White lake and Calabogie Lake Friday Night. Are the
black flies still bad and waiting for me or have they eased up yet? Anyone
fishing there recently?

Re: Bobs Lake pics from August

Yes it feels funny letting all the nice bass and pike go, and then setting out to catch and clean bluegills for a fish fry!

o-rings..o-rings...o-rings!

I've been using them for years and they work great! Slide the o-ring over the senko, and put your hook under the o-ring, not even into the senko.

Has saved me a ton of money on buying senko's for sure!

They do well in a home aquarium, but
I hope you have a big tank ...because they grow big very fast!

I 've found that keeping the plastic trolling motor blade sharp really helps too. I just take a file to it and keep it sharp & smooth.

Going to Cabelas on Saturday and will check out the MrTwister.

Well we got lucky down here in New Jersey! All we got it hours of heavy rain with lots of wind. Had it been colder and this was snow, we would have been still digging out in the spring!
